NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Returns will NOT be accepted and refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:<\/p><ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>Incorrect Address Provided:<\/strong> Iglomart is not responsible for lost, returned, or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping addresses provided by the customer.<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>Customer Unavailability:<\/strong> Products returned to sender due to customer absence during delivery attempts, failure to collect from postal facilities, or refusal of delivery.<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>Address Access Issues:<\/strong> Packages undeliverable due to locked buildings, gated communities without access codes, incomplete apartment numbers, or similar address-related obstacles.<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>Unclaimed Packages:<\/strong> Products held at carrier facilities that are not collected within the designated timeframe.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">It is the customer&#8217;s sole responsibility to:<\/p><ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Provide complete, accurate, and accessible delivery addresses<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Ensure availability or arrange alternative delivery instructions<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Collect packages from carrier facilities within the specified timeframe<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Verify address details before order confirmation<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>4. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Iglomart cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages lost or returned due to customer-provided address errors or customer unavailability. Once a package is dispatched, the customer assumes all risks associated with delivery address accuracy and accessibility.<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>5.
