RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
1. GENERAL POLICY
Iglomart accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for products in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customers bear responsibility for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
2. NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
Returns will NOT be accepted and refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Address Provided: Iglomart is not responsible for lost, returned, or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Customer Unavailability: Products returned to sender due to customer absence during delivery attempts, failure to collect from postal facilities, or refusal of delivery.
- Address Access Issues: Packages undeliverable due to locked buildings, gated communities without access codes, incomplete apartment numbers, or similar address-related obstacles.
- Unclaimed Packages: Products held at carrier facilities that are not collected within the designated timeframe.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and accessible delivery addresses
- Ensure availability or arrange alternative delivery instructions
- Collect packages from carrier facilities within the specified timeframe
- Verify address details before order confirmation
4. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Iglomart cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages lost or returned due to customer-provided address errors or customer unavailability. Once a package is dispatched, the customer assumes all risks associated with delivery address accuracy and accessibility.
5. RETURN PROCESS
For eligible returns:
- Contact customeriglomart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
- Provide order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence if applicable
- Await return authorization before shipping
- Ship items with tracking to the address provided
6. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection of returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange return shipping at our expense and provide a full refund or replacement.
8. FINAL DETERMINATION
Iglomart reserves the right to make final determinations on all return and refund requests. Decisions are made at our sole discretion based on the circumstances of each case.
